Rental Prices Per Week

By renting directly from us, you will get the best possible price. The big vacation rental sites are now charging guests a percentage on top of our rate.

All prices are based on a weekly rate in Euros.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. There may be some flexibility outside of high season (July, & August).

Price includes use of the villa, pool, and gardens for one week.

A deposit of 30% is due upon booking. The final balance is due six weeks before arrival.

A security deposit of 300 Euros is refundable subject to condition and breakage.
Directions and instructions will be sent after final payment and signature of Guest Agreement Form.

Local representative on call. Pool maintenance weekly. A house manual is in the villa.

Cancellation Policy

30 days                cancellation fee (as a % of total):         30%


Between 29-15     cancellation fee (as a % of total):         50%


14 days or less    cancellation fee (as a % of total):         100%


No refunds are made by us for cancellations made 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

If you are prevented from proceeding with your booked holiday but wish to transfer your booking to another person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the holiday, this is possible. You must, however, give us sufficient notice in writing and we reserve the right to refuse if there is not time to re-issue and dispatch booking forms (usually two weeks before departure). Amendment fees of 25 euros will be charged,

Payments are made by wire transfer in euros to our bank account in Begur, Spain.

US residents may pay in dollars by check mailed to our US address. An exchange rate will be quoted at the time of payment.

Tourist Guest Tax to be paid upon arrival in euros. In compliance with our license to rent with the town hall of Begur, each adult age 16 and over pays 1.75 euros per day for a maximum of 7 days.
